- John Bowditch, Grand Larceny, 18th February 1767 [Property of same Henry Sterry]
- James Finch, Grand Larceny, 29th April 1767. James Finch was indicted for stealing five pieces of leather, cut for soles of shoes, value 5 s. the property of Benjamin Sterry and Co. To which be pleaded Guilty. (Benjamin Sterry [1742-1811] ran an upholstery business in Lombard St, London.)
